Full Stack QA SDET 2
- Work Experience: 5–8+ years in SDET roles
- Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement test strategies, plans, and automated test frameworks across Web, Mobile, API, and backend systems.
- Develop and execute automated tests using Java, Selenium, SQL, APIs, and performance testing tools.
- Conduct database testing using SQL queries and validate APIs with tools like Postman or REST Assured.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and ensure continuous quality.
- Drive root cause analysis, report defects, and improve test coverage and automation frameworks.
- Required Skills: Proficiency in automation testing (Selenium, Java) and functional testing for Web, Mobile, and APIs. Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins), version control (GIT), and testing methodologies (BDD/TDD). Strong analytical skills, test documentation expertise, and hands-on experience with test management tools (JIRA/Confluence). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices.
- Good to Have Skills: Experience with service virtualization, performance testing (JMeter, Gatling), and intelligent automation environments. Knowledge of JavaScript/NodeJS frameworks (React, WebDriverIO, Cypress.io).

- Work Experience: 1+ years in B2B Lead Generation
- Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify target accounts and key decision-makers within relevant industries (e.g., BPO, Legal, Finance).
- Develop and execute multi-channel outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn, calls) to generate qualified leads.
- Nurture prospects and articulate Qsome AI's value proposition effectively.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in CRM systems.
- Required Skills: Proven experience in B2B lead generation, strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle, excellent written and verbal communication, proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, strong research and analytical abilities.
- Good to Have Skills: Understanding of enterprise software ecosystems (CRM, ERP, HRMS).

Business Analyst (Intelligent Automation)
- Work Experience: 3+ years in Business Analysis, preferably in tech/automation projects
- Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with clients to identify and map their existing manual business processes.
- Analyze current workflows within and between their software systems (CRM, ERP, Accounting, HRMS) to pinpoint automation opportunities.
- Gather, document, and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements for AI automation solutions.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, concise technical specifications for development teams.
- Act as a liaison between clients and technical teams, ensuring solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable ROI.
- Required Skills: Proven experience in process analysis and mapping, exceptional requirements gathering and documentation skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent client communication and stakeholder management, familiarity with CRM/ERP/HRMS systems, understanding of agile methodologies.
- Good to Have Skills: Experience in RPA/AI projects, knowledge of data visualization tools, exposure to various industries (e.g., Legal, BPO, Finance).
